The revival of the Conductor's Clambake,  an historic tradition in Livingston Manor, offers some of the best food in the Catskill region! Clam Bake, Shrimp Boils and nationally-recognized BBQ from The Smoke Joint will abound.  Our friends at The High Meadow Project will be serving their delicious pizza and Red Rose Motel & Tavern will have ice cream sandwiches along with local bakers for endless amounts of sweet treats! 

The town of Rockland is home to some of the greatest breweries and distilleries in the country. Fresh local draft beer from Catskill Brewery and Upward Brewing Company will be available all day long! House-made cocktails and soft drinks from the Smoke Joint will quench your thirst along with sodas, seltzer and water.
